They rememered that their parents had installed a septic tank on this property and have the receipts for about $2,000 to prove it yet have not been able to verify this with Mohave County. So there you are, may have septic, and if it does it may still need Mohave County Environmental Health to come out and inspect it before okay to use. Buyers agent to verify utilities. There is a rural water company and you may be able to connect, but do not know. Otherwise a well may be needed unless someone wants to hual water. Directions: Take Hwy 93 to Chloride turn off which is about Mile Post marker 53 then about 4 miles on the main road into town (once in town the Road is Tennessee) go to 6th Street and turn left then turn left again at Emerson Avenue. The lot is on the left - sign is not on the lot - there are 4 lots for sale in a row. This is the only one that is believed to have a septic tank._/p_
