The ranch is located at the northwest corner of Wiist and Hohenstein Rd., just a few miles west of Henrietta, and also has frontage on Herring Rd. on its west side. All of these roads have a strong gravel base and provide easy year around access to all parts of the property.

The ranch is ran as one pasture. It has a variety of grasses, including coastal, bluestem, and buffalo. There is a 20 acre field that the owner used to grow coastal hay on; he now has it open with the rest of the pasture for grazing, but it could be set aside again for hay production. With such a variety of grasses, this property can sustain 30 cow/calf pairs annually, and more on a wet year.

Three water tanks provide water for cattle. All of these tanks were dug out in the last few years to over 10′, and they hold water very well. The largest of these tanks will hold approximately 1.5 acres of surface water and could be stocked with fish.

The ranch has a good perimeter fence, with metal t-posts. There are two entrances on Wiist Rd., one to enter the pasture and the other, to get to the pens. The pens are located in the northeast corner of the property and are of pipe construction.
