There are 15 acres in producing own rooted Zinfandel and another 5 acres of Zinfandel planted in 2008. Two wells serve the entire property and one of the wells was drilled in 2004 and was tested in 2005 at 250 GPM.
Overlooking the entire ranch is an impressive two story farmhouse with wrap around porch. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
