Detailed Description:
Location
The property consists of 1241.5 acres and is located in the heart of Eastern Oregon. Just a few miles west of US Hiway 395 at Ritter Junction.
Water
The Property has 5 developed springs. Spring water is used at the house with a separate gravity fed spring at the garden faucet.
3+ miles of river, two ponds and a 40 acre irrigation right are included. There is plenty of water.
House

Fishing
Steehead, Salmon (catch & release) trout, dolly vardon, and even bass swim in river. This strech of river has been well taken care of and has some of the best holes on the middle fork.
