The 130 +/- acre Cherry Glen Ranch is located in northern Solano County. The Ranch is located right on the City of Vacaville border and is 1 minute from downtown Vacaville, CA. Vacaville is located in between Sacramento, CA (33 miles) and San Francisco, CA (56 miles).

The ranch has a beautiful private valley and 360 degree views of the Sacramento valley, Mount Diablo, the Carquinez Straights and the historic Pleasants Valley towards Lake Berryessa.

The 129.22 +/- acres is currently in two parcels. APN# 0126-030-040 - 98.11 acres and APN# 0126-040-010 - 31.11 acres.

The ranch is zoned agriculture-20 acres and has the potential to be developed into several residential estates while maintaining its wildlife habitat, or a perfect gentlemen’s ranch to run a few cows and horses and live in the country, but be only minutes from downtown Vacaville and Interstate 80.

The ranch sits at approximately 300 foot elevation and rises to a high of 649 foot elevation. The property is shaped like a horse shoe with majestic high hills surrounding a private valley.

The property was once part of the Wykoff Dairy and there are still signs of the old water trough and concrete water tank.
