OWNERSHIP INTEREST There is an 87.5% ownership interest of the Butte Land Company property, owned by the Jackson Amador Associates for sale. The new clubhouse and storage is also owned exclusively by the Jackson Amador Associates and is included with the sale. The balance of the property interest belongs to Paul Richardson who owns 6.75% and his brother, Eric Richardson, who also owns 6.75%. Paul and Eric do not wish to sell their interest at this time.
