Brett Baumann grew up in Southern California where he graduated from Colton High School in 1977. Brett was a 3 sport athlete in High School and was drafted by the California Angels in 1977. Brett chose to go to College instead of pursuing a Baseball Career.
I was in Business Management in Southern California when I decided to come and join my Father in the real estate business. We were a “Father & Son” real estate team from 1990 to 1999, until my father passed away in 1999. It was at that time when I pursued my Broker’s License and carried on my Father’s Legacy in the Mariposa County real estate business. So I am a 2nd generation Real Estate Broker.
My background in Sports has helped me put together a winning team around me. I have been blessed to work with am amazing group of people, who have helped US achieve the #1 Real Estate Sales Company in 2006 to current!
I have been married to my wife Wendy for 13 wonderful years and have 4 children. I have most recently been the Coach for the local Catheys Valley T Ball Team and Wendy is an Elementary School Teacher.
