Jim Redd and Kevin Sullivan joined forces years ago to form The Ranch Specialists, the foremost ranch and ag property sales team, licensed in both California and Oregon. Together they have over 67 years of ranch and real estate sales experience. In 2014, they also became affiliate brokers with Sports Afield Trophy Properties, formerly Cabela’s Trophy Properties, adding the strength of Sports Afield’s world-wide presence to their already formidable partnership.
In the last few years, the Ranch Specialists have handled over 100,000 acres in real estate transactions. Those properties included cattle ranches, hunting and fishing ranches, recreational properties, vineyards, manor estates, as well as tomato, cotton and alfalfa farms.

The planes are used to provide photo opportunities, aerial viewing of large ranches, and also for transporting clients to and from remote properties.
