Ruth is a 24 year resident of the Santa Ynez Valley, and has been representing buyers and sellers in Santa Barbra County twenty one years. Having first received her Real Estate license in 1974, serving the San Fernando Valley in the Los Angeles County area.
In the San Fernando Valley, Ruth owned and operated a world-renowned Jazz Supper Club known as Carmelo's Jazz Super Club. It is Ruth's hope that when she retires from real estate, that she become involved with Jazz entertainment for the Santa Ynez Valley Jazz fans.
Ruth's business and marketing background enhances her real estate abilities. She entwines fun, poetry, and of course, her expansive knowledge in all aspects of real estate, and the many tasks that come with a Realtor's role.
Additionally, Ruth has been highly involved in various community organizations in the Santa Ynez Valley, often times as President and/or Board member. She has the reputation of getting the job done, and doing it exceptionally well.
