I focus primarily on arranging financing for agricultural and ranch properties, as well as raw land. Typical properties financed are vineyards, avocado and citrus orchards, nurseries, cattle and horse ranches, and raw land that can be developed agriculturally.
I studied English and Literature at Humboldt State University. My career path began with teaching and free-lance writing before transitioning to advertising and eventually real estate finance. I was licensed in 2006 and have enjoyed almost 10 years of successfully arranging financing for many types of properties.
My personal interests include cooking, wine, traveling, and hiking the beautiful Santa Barbara trails with my cattle dog Poa.
