This 3246 +/- acre ranch is located in Mendocino County about 36 miles south west of the town of Boonville, CA. The scenic drive through the redwoods and wine country takes about three hours from San Francisco. This is a trophy hunting ranch with outstanding wild boar, black tail deer and turkey. The ranch currently has a professional guide (Rhino Guide Service) that leads hunts on the ranch. On 4-16-12, a 372 lb free range wild boar was taken with 4 inch tusks and ranked #1 in CA and #3 in the world by Weiser Weight and Tusk. The home is surrounded by the vineyard with a nice high fence. The vineyard was planted in 1997 and has 5 acres of Chardonnay and 3.5 acres of Merlot. The owner used to sell to Kendall Jackson and in the last two years has not maintained the vineyard.
