Kevin is an alumni of Whittier College with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He brings his knowledge to Stage Stop, from a broad spectrum of Real Estate Venues. Having experience in commercial construction, traditional loan brokering, manufactured home sales, to government projects while working with the County of Kern. While at the County, Kevin performed Lease & Property acquisitions, managed all pipeline franchises, as well as several special projects such as the installation of an Early Warning Siren System in Lake Isabella. He & his wife, Wendy, own Sacred Mountain Massage & Wellness located in Twin Oaks, as well as Sacred Mountain Sanctuary, their private 50 acre retreat in Walker Basin.
Kevin started his Real Estate career after researching misrepresented easement rights for his own property. Kevin is now an expert at plotting and researching easements and legal descriptions. His love for nature and his wife brought him to the mountain & his property, which he considers one of the best decisions in his life. |
