As a lifelong equestrian, specializing in the purchase or sales of properties suitable for horses comes second nature. It has been terrific working with other horse owners because we have so much in common and relate so well to each other. My area of concentration is Mariposa County which offers fabulous horse properties at very reasonable prices. There are MANY areas to ride with being located in the foothills of the Sierras - as a member of the Mariposa Mountain Riders I can fully attest that there isn't a nicer group of folks to show you the variety of trails in the area and within close trailering distance. There are two trailheads that go out of the Mariposa area that will take you all the way over to Yosemite National Park. The towns of Mariposa and Catheys Valley offer such a wonderful way of life - we are finding more and more folks moving to the area from Merced and surrounding areas to get away from the severe congestion, noise, crime, etc.- and making the commute if they are still working! The schools in Mariposa County are fabulous with some achieving California Distinguished School status!! As a lifelong equestrian, selling horse property comes second nature, as well as being involved with real estate. In the 1940’s my Grandfather started what is now ‘The Warmington Group’, which made its mark in the homebuilding industry by creating well-planned neighborhoods designed to meet the needs of the American family in Orange County. Now approximately 30,000 families live in a Warmington home, covering areas in Nevada, San Diego, Orange County/Inland Empire, Los Angeles/Ventura, Northern California and Sacramento. My father, brother and husband were/are building contractors and I have always loved being involved with the process. Now I can be involved on another level!! Over two and a half years ago I decided it was time for a change and decided to get my Realtor’s license, and have been doing great!! I have managed to hang in there through one of the toughest times in Real Estate history. Working for London Properties has been the best educational experience I have ever had...it is one of the largest and most successful real estate companies in the United States. I work VERY hard for my clients to help make the home selling or buying process as easy as possible and fun!! I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and have worked in the laboratory field for the past 25 years - most currently in top management (a job requiring MUCH attention to detail – the same as with Real Estate!!). I'm smart and like challenge so decided to venture out on my own...and I'm so glad I did!! I love what I'm doing!!
