A 4th generation San Josean, her family has been active in local real estate and ranching for over 130 years! Past resident of Los Gatos for 25+ years, she has an extensive knowledge of “up-town” properties and a unique personalized service for relocating families. Currently a rancher, vineyard owner near Gilroy, Linda also enjoys Listing and Selling Ranch Property, whether it’s a “Back 40” or a 20,000 acre cattle ranch.
In 1977, with an MA from Stanford, Linda established a relocation and real estate company when Silicon Valley's corporate growth was exploding. Recognized nationally for her counseling approach to corporate relocation and real estate sales, she was asked to train other relocation specialists through RELO-Inter-city Relocation Services. Linda sold her unique brokerage in 1991and has enjoyed a successful sales career since then: 1993-98 National Top 2%; 1998 Top 100 Realtors in Santa Clara County; 1999 Executive Circle Seville; 2000-2007 Windermere Real Estate’s Gold and Platinum Awards, etc. etc. Consistently in top 5% in production, nation-wide.
